Feedback from the State Advocate.

Working in his workshop on the 29th January, one of our residents was confronted by two people; a tall man wearing glasses and a short woman with tattoos of hearts on her upper arm.

The man asked  questions about the resident's occupation and indicated that he wanted to make use of his services. The woman asked whether she might use the toilet but the resident refused because his vicious dogs were inside the house.

They stood around, making small talk while the owner resumed his work; not keeping an eye on his mobile phone which was lying nearby. Within minutes after they had left, he realised that his phone was stolen and ran after them. However, they disappeared so fast that he believed they were picked up by a vehicle.

People who answered to their description might have been involved in a breaking in Falda Street where electronic equipment was stolen.
